PROFESSIONAL EXPERIENCE

Most recently, David worked on Citi’s Wealth Builder web site as a UX Writer/CD. Responsible for account opening messaging optimization, consistency. Flawless sprint delivery, and helping reimagine Citi’s mobile app experience.

As Creative Director on BT Group: BT Business, EE, and Openreach, David drove strategic, omnichannel, end-to-end, customer experience transformation thought leadership across all business units.

Prior to joining TCS’s Experience Transformation Group, David played a critical role in the success of DIRECTV/AT&T’s in-house agency as a Creative Director, leading the performance-marketing Acquisition Team.

Since 2009, he aligned all acquisition marcom and generated lower cost per activation while delivering record subscriber growth. He was part of a specialized team that was instrumental in driving DIRECTV’s stock price from $27 to $95 at the time of acquisition by AT&T. David also spearheaded NY Creative Service’s expansion into digital/social-media creative initiatives (i.e. 1,000 projects integrated with over 4,500 print tactics annually); presently producing 75% of all digital/social-media work created by NY Creative Services.

Prior to joining DIRECTV/AT&T, David worked as a Creative Director at agencies such as: Ogilvy, McGarry Bowen, Chiat/Day and Lambesis in San Diego.

In advertising, David has won many of the industry’s most prestigious awards. His work has been featured in the Cannes Lions International Festival of Creativity, multiple One Show annuals, Communication Arts Advertising Annuals, Archives, Clio Awards, IHAF In-House Awards including “2017 Agency of the Year,” EFFIES and the New York Art Directors Club.

His clients run the gamut of popular culture: Citi, DIRECTV, AT&T, Disney, USAA Financial, Toyota, Nissan, IBM, Charles David, GUESS?, Charles Schwab, Chase, Exxon, Phillips TVs, Epson, Anthem Blue Cross, Verizon FiOS, Suzuki motorcycles, IKEA and Roland musical products. David’s commercials for IBM and Lotus have been featured at the Museum of Modern Art as well as the Museum of Radio & Television.
